Keyboard Shortcuts
Utilise keyboard shortcuts to speed up your workflow
We've introduced several shortcuts to speed up your experience and allow for easy navigation when using CisionOne.
Keyboard shortcuts are a great time saver if you're moving between Mention Streams, or if you want to quickly alternate between views.
You can access the guide to Keyboard Shortcuts from the drop-down menu next to your initials.
General
You can add a new Mention Stream or Social Stream by pressing [A]
You can view your Launchpad by pressing [D]
To close any currently open window pop-up/ press the [esc] key.
If you ever need to view the full list of Keyboard Shortcuts press either the Question Mark key [?] or Shift and Question Mark [Shift ⇧] + [?]
Mention Streams
Press the left [Left ←] and right [Right →] cursor to move between Mention Streams in a group
Press Shift up [Shift ⇧] + [Up ↑] and Shift down [Shift ⇧] + [Down ↓] to move between Mention Stream groups
Press [M] to display the Mention Stream view. This allows you to view content from multiple Mentions Streams at the same time.
Press [L] to display the List view. The List view for a Mention Stream shows information about a particular Mention Stream, allowing you to arrange it by Time, Source, Journalist/Author for example.
CisionOne Social
Press the left [Left ←] and right [Right →] cursor to move between Social Streams in a group.
Press Shift up [Shift ⇧] + [Up ↑] and Shift down [Shift ⇧] + [Down ↓] to move between Social Stream groups.
Press [M] to display the Social Stream view. This allows you to view content from multiple Streams at the same time.
Press [Y] to go to the Social Analyse page. This allows you to analyse social coverage by influencers, themes, share of voice, emojis and more.
Press [E] to go to the Social Engage page. This allows you to integrate your organisation's social channels to schedule and manage your social calendar.
Keyboard shortcuts are disabled on some pages such as the Curated Email Report builder. We're constantly improving the platform and adding new shortcuts. Feel free to reach out to us for more suggestions.
