How to access Team Workspaces in CisionOne

When using Monitoring in CisionOne, you’ll see a drop-down option at the top-left of the screen.

Workspaces give you administrative privileges across organisational settings.

Mention Streams:

  • See the Mention Streams, which Team Workspace it belongs to and which user is the owner.

  • Create a Mention Stream into any Team Workspace.

  • Share Streams to other users on behalf of the owner.

  • View Stream limits across the organisation.

Teams:

  • Create or delete a Team.

  • Add a user to one or more Team Workspaces.

  • View the limit of how many Team Workspaces can be created in the organisation.

If a user is in multiple Teams then they will be able to switch between all the Team Workspaces they have been assigned. All users will only be able to see content related to the Team Workspace and not be able to see information in another Team’s Workspace. Restricted Content related to a Team Workspace includes:

  • Mention and Social Streams

  • Tagged Folders

  • Public Reports - Curated Email and Scheduled Reports

  • Dashboards - Instant Insights and Social Analyse

Organisational Management

Super Users can manage all users and Team Workspaces within an organisation. This is done through the organisation settings area.

You can access the Organisation part of CisionOne by clicking on your initials at the top left of the screen and choosing Organisation from the list of options.
