The Activity Timeline is a breakdown of the different activities logged by users on your account.

Media Release and Pitch Engagement are visible here with Open Rates and Click Through Rates over the selected timeframe. Media Release Engagement is the default data displayed. Click on Pitch Engagement to see that stats for Pitches.

Activities are displayed via a grid with an overview of the Type, Title, Assignee, Contacts, Status, Open/Click Rates, Date, Tags and Actions.

We can also view draft Media Releases/Pitches and any Future Activities.

The Actions options are Edit, Duplicate and Delete.

By clicking on the pie chart in the Actions column, we can see a breakdown of statistics for a specific Media Release or Pitch.

This analytics screen provides an overview of the statistics for a specific Media Release at the top of the screen.

The Contacts area is where we can see how each recipient engaged with the Media Release.

There is a search box to look for specific recipients and we can toggle the Not Delivered and Unsubscribed options to ‘On’ to view those specific recipients.

The metrics available on the Contacts area:

Delivered - the email was successfully delivered to the recipient email address

Opened - the email was opened by the recipient

Clicked - the recipient clicked on a link in the media release/pitch

Unsubscribed - the recipient has opted out from media releases/pitches from your account.

At the bottom right of the screen we have the option to do Download our Activities date into a CSV.

The arrow button enables us to View Media Release and remove Contacts from Lists.

When removing Contacts from Lists, we can toggle on/off for Contacts where the Media Release was Undeliverable as well include Contacts who have Unsubscribed.

A video on Activities is available below.
