Create, edit, view and export all of your media engagement activity in one place.
A live dashboard provides a high level overview of your overall campaign performance and outstanding tasks assigned to your team.

Create a new Activity

Create activities to keep track of calls, emails, events, meetings, interviews and more. Click on the Create Activity button in the top right hand corner.

Start by adding a Title and Notes, and try to keep these concise and descriptive as the Title will appear on the main activities page. Assign a Type and Status from the options available (don't worry you can change these later on if required). Pick a date (this can be in the past or in the future if you're scheduling future activity.

Next, you can assign a tag/s from an existing tag, or create a new tag by typing in the tag name, selecting a colour and clicking enter. TIP: You can use tags to categorise Media Releases into campaigns, or by clients.

Improve communication and accountability by assigning teammates to activities.

Search across the Journalist and Outlet database to assign a contact or multiple contacts to your activity for later reference.

Next, you can add multiple attachments to support your campaign. Use the Visibility settings to hide sensitive or embargoed content with the public/private feature, and click Save when you're done.

View and Filter your Activities

Once you've created an activity, you can view this on the main activities page. This is where you'll be able to see all of your own historic activities, as well as public activities created by your teammates.

Use the search bar to search across the title of any Activity, or filter by Type, Status, Assignees or Tags. If you wish to change your view, you can toggle ON/OFF the Charts, which will allow you to focus on specific charts. TIP: This will only affect your view, and will not affect any other users.

By default you'll see the last 30 days of coverage, however you can adjust this at any time, or deselect the Include Shared Activities button if you'd like to only focus on your own activities.

Exporting your Activities

You can download a .csv of your Activities history by clicking on the Download CSV button TIP: This is a great option if you wish to merge your activities data with other external datasets. The .csv will include any of your own historic activities, as well as public activities created by your teammates. The .CSV file includes the following fields:
