FAQ
How does the AI work?
We use ChatGPT with a series of custom prompts. The results are presented to users in a custom view that condenses the normal conversation with ChatGPT into a forward-back UX to better represent the idea of iterating over pitch drafts.
Who can I pitch to?
Anybody in the database - both Journalists and Outlets. You can add custom recipients, but they will have no information available at the Personalize Pitch step.
How do the emails get sent?
The same as Media Releases, through Cision’s servers so we can track email stats and properly route replies to the user’s chosen inbox.
Where do I find stats for Pitches?
In Activities. The reporting format is identical to Media Releases for ease of use.
