All archived broadcast clips will appear in a tab called Media. On this page, a user will be able to see all archived items from all users in their organization.
If a user has archived the item, it will replace the player in their Mention Stream but appear for all organization users in the Media Page.
Media Cards
On each media card, you will find:
The original channel and time of airing
Who archived the item
The date it was archived
Ability to play the item
Playback Options
Selecting the three dots in the bottom left of a Clip will allow you to select playback speed as well as select picture-in-picture which will play the video clip in the bottom left of your screen while you explore the Media Page.
Adjust Date Range
By default, the media tab will display broadcast clips from the last 30 days that have been archived by anyone within your organization.
You can adjust this date range by using the calendar in the top left. Choose from one of our preset date ranges on the left side or a custom date range on the right. Then use the set button to refresh the page with updated clips for your specified date range.
Filter & Sort
The Media page can be filtered to only display TV clips or Radio clips - simply check the box next to TV or Radio to display one or both or uncheck the box to hide the clips. These boxes are located next to the date selector at the top left of the page.
Clips can be sorted by the time they were requested or the time of the broadcast by selecting the appropriate option in the Sort by menu located at the top right of the page.
Export Broadcast Clips into CSV
Export a CSV of your Broadcast clips by using the Export CSV button in the top right corner.
This export will contain a list of the broadcast clips for the date range selected, with the following data:
Broadcast Clip ID
The User that archived the Clip
Media Type (TV or Radio)
Title of Clip
Source
Date Clip Originally Aired
