How can I manage Scheduled Reports?

Once saved, you will be able to view and manage your existing Scheduled Reports in the ‘Reports' tab, under ‘Scheduled Reports’.

This Tab will display the Subject of Existing Reports and a preview of the Mention Streams included as well as Timeframe, Delivery Time, Delivery Days, Recipients, Owners, and Actions.

Recipients can be added by clicking the Person Icon. You can add individual email addresses or a Distribution List built on the platform.

The owner of the report will be indicated via their Initials in the Owner Column.

To Edit, Pause, Resume or Delete a Scheduled Report, click the Pencil Icon within the Actions Column. All Paused reports can be viewed by toggling ‘Show Inactive Reports’ in the Scheduled Reports tab.

Previously delivered Reports can be viewed by clicking the Eye Icon within the Actions Tab.
