Track engagement, run quick searches and manage your team

The Outreach Launchpad is designed to give you and your team a high level. If you're a Database only customer, the Launchpad is the default landing page you'll open when you sign into CisionOne. If you're also a monitoring customer, you'll land on the Launchpad as soon as you click on the Outreach button in the main sidebar menu.

Launchpad functionality

Conduct quick searches across the entire Influencer + Outlet database

The quick search is designed to get you to the information you need to know as quickly as possible. The quick search is best used in situations where you already know the name of an Influencer or Outlet and you'd like to view their profile. Quick search can also be used to run Talking About searches for keywords, hashtags or phrases used by journalists in their X posts and news articles. This is an excellent way to find out what Media Contacts have recently said about your organisation, brands, events topics, competitors, competitors’ brands, and more.

Top results are prioritised based on:

-The proximity of the Influencer/Outlet to the users' Timezone

-The circulation/UVPM of the Influencer/Outlet

-The size of the Outlet (number of Influencers associated)

-The Media Type of the Outlet or the Influencer associated with that outlet

Fuzzy search is enabled, which means if you've slightly misspelled the name of the Outlet that you were looking for, it should still be displayed as an option. You can only search for a single Influencer or Outlet at once using the quick search.

If you'd like to run a complex search across different metrics, head to the Contacts page.
