To request the addition of journalist or outlet information to the database, please follow these steps:
To submit a request, users can click the ‘Have an update?’ button, located in the bottom-left corner of the Search tab, or at the bottom right of any journalist or outlet profile.
Users will need to complete the form below to submit an update request to the Media Research Team. Under the 'Request Type' dropdown, users can select whether they need a journalist update, outlet update, or a general media data inquiry.
Select your appropriate Region in order for our support team to provide you with the best possible service based on your preferred language. If you do not see your region included in our list, please select the most relevant option available.
In the text box, the user submitting the request needs to provide as much detail as possible in order to aid the team in better processing the request. For new contacts, please provide a minimum of their name and an example of an outlet where their work has been published. All submitted details will undergo verification by the Cision Media Research team to ensure accuracy. It is important to note that contacts cannot be included if they have opted out of the database.
Once the request is submitted, a member of the Cision team will follow up once the request has been reviewed.
For additional support, users can utilize the Intercom Chat Support System found on the bottom left corner of their CisionOne platform.
