TikTok is now available on the Integrations page under Organization settings. TikTok integrations expire a year after they are integrated.
Follow the steps below to integrate your TikTok account:
Ensure that an TikTok account is integrated to our platform which is either managed by you or your organization. You must have administrative rights for the account.
Ensure the Listen Analyse checkbox for the integration is enabled. This checkbox determines whether the integration is to be included in Social Listen.
An icon is available next to each integration in the Manage Connections popup letting the users know whether their integration is a personal account or a business account.

FAQs
Q: Even if the post has images instead of a video, a video “play” button appears as a thumbnail. Why?
A: TikTok does not differentiate between videos and images in the API. Hence there is no way to know if the post contains images or videos and the reason why we show a “play” button even when the content contains images.
Q: Why are the metrics on the post are different in the platform than in the TikTok app?
A: There is a 24–48-hour latency on metrics that are available in the API. This is a limitation of the TikTok API.
Q: How often do we get content?
A: New posts are fetched once every 2 hours. New comments/replies should appear almost instantly after they were posted on the original post.
Q: Why is there a difference in the follower count as available in the platform vs the TikTok app?
A: Similar to the latency on the post metrics above, there is a 24–48-hour latency on follower counts as provided by the API. his is a limitation of the TikTok API.
Q: What happens if someone comments/replies to a comment with a video?
A: The video in the comment/reply gets posted as an item on your own TikTok feed. The comment/reply will hence be counted as a post and not an actual comment/reply. TikTok API hence also provides the comment/reply video asset as a separate post and not as an actual comment. You will not see the video as a comment/reply as we do not get the video as a comment/reply from the TikTok API.
Q: How often are post metrics refreshed?
A: Post metrics are refreshed once a day.
Q: Is TikTok available in Engage?
A: TikTok is currently only available in Listen and not in Engage.
