The AI Focus Profile feature allows you to personalize how the CisionOne AI Assistant responds. By entering details about your role, brand, competitors, tone of voice, key messages, and communication goals, the assistant can generate content that is more aligned with your objectives. This applies to AI Summaries, Media Releases, Social Posts, and Mention Streams.

The Focus Profile feature is accessible directly within the AI Assistant as a pop-up. Users can enter or update their details at any time.

Key Benefits

  • Tailored & Reliable Outputs: Ensures AI responses match your brand, role, and communication style, reducing generic or off-target answers.

  • Consistency Across Features: Your Focus Profile is applied uniformly to Summaries, Media Releases, Pitches, Social Posts, and Boolean Queries.
