How to set up an RSS Feed

RSS Feeds are a fantastic way to keep stakeholders up to date with the most recent coverage relevant to your organization.

Keep in mind that RSS feeds are only as good as the keywords and source filters that power them, so make sure that you have set up a targeted, relevant keyword brief prior to setting up an RSS feed, otherwise, your stakeholders might be inundated with irrelevant content.

RSS feeds can be used in a variety of formats, most commonly:

  • Intranet portals (eg. Sharepoint)

  • RSS readers (eg. Feedly, Newsblur, etc.)

CisionOne can provide dedicated RSS feeds for the following:

  • Mention Streams

  • Tagged Mentions

If you'd like to set up an RSS Feed, please contact your dedicated Account Manager who will provide an RSS URL.

Please note, you must agree not to post, share, email or otherwise distribute this RSS link outside of your organization, including to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or any other social media network. The sharing of content outside your organization is a breach of copyright and will result in termination of your license agreement and any relevant indemnities provided by CisionOne.
