How do I access my Organization's usage statistics?

Super Users can track content usage, including print, requests, and active users, via the Usage Report under the Organization menu.

How to manage and review content usage within the platform

Super Users can access their Organization's usage statistics to monitor total Print usage, Media Item/Transcript Requests, and Active users for the life of their Service Level Agreement.

The Usage Report can be accessed by clicking Organization from the drop-down menu next to your initials within the platform.

From here, access the Usage Tab. The Usage Tab will provide charts and graphs of platform usages on the following:

Media Items such as Print Consumption, Media Item Requests, Instant-Edit Media Item Requests and Transcript Requests.

Here you will find active Users and their assigned Teams (if applicable).
