Content Availability
Only content from accounts you have connected to the platform is available (posts, comments, and replies).
After integrating a LinkedIn account, ensure the “Listen/Analyse” checkbox is enabled. No additional steps are needed to surface content in your social stream.
Click on your initials at the top left, click on Organisation and then Integrations.

FAQs
Q: How often is content refreshed?
A: Posts are polled every 5 minutes, so they should appear almost immediately. Comments may take up to four hours due to LinkedIn rate limits.
Q: Why can’t I see anything in the preview when creating a social stream?
A: Data ingestion can take up to four hours. You can either wait or create the social stream and monitor as content flows in.
Q: Do deleted posts get removed from the social stream?
A: Deleted LinkedIn posts are not tracked. Once ingested, they remain visible in the social stream.
Q: Which languages are supported?
A: Most languages are supported for your integrated LinkedIn account. You can test specific content to confirm.
Q: Can I limit an integration to only Engage?
A: Yes. Choose which integrations are used in Listen/Analyse versus Engage by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes.
