To view or edit your account preferences, click on your initials at the top-left of the screen and click Account. Next, click on Preferences.
In Preferences, you can enable Auto-Refresh. This automatically reloads all Streams to display new mentions as they arrive.
Time Zone - click on the drop down and select your local time zone.
Language - click on the drop down and select your preferred language.
Currency - click on the drop down and select your preferred currency.
