Locating Coverage

You can use the Search Bar to run an Available Content search to locate specific coverage by adding a search team.

You’ll see the coverage on the left of the screen. The right of the screen will display filters to change the date range, select media types and an option to search across specific Source.

You can use the Search Bar to run a Coverage Search. This will locate specific coverage across all of your Mention Stream Groups.

To conduct a Coverage Search, begin by choosing ‘Coverage’ instead of ‘Available Content’ using the drop down arrow and then type in a keyword topic or article title into the search bar and click ‘enter’ on your keyboard.

This will display all coverage that matches the keyword, topic or article across all of your Mention Stream Groups. You can select your preferred Group from the drop-down menu, the number next to the Group Name reflects the number of Mention Streams that you are searching across. By default, the coverage results will be filtered to today's date but you can adjust this by using the arrows or by selecting the date picker.

You can also filter your results by Media Type or by Source. Once your preferred filters have been applied, you can view which Mention Stream the coverage appears in. You can also click on the ellipses (three dots) menu to interact with the coverage.

TIP If you cannot locate the coverage in question, try adjusting your Keyword, the Date Range, the Media Type or by selecting another Group of Mention Streams
