Auto-Expiring Mention Streams
Only want to monitor an issue for a short period? You can set an expiry date for a Mention Stream by selecting from the options in the Mention Stream menu.
Click on the Cog Icon at the top of your Mention Stream, and under the General Menu, view the Expiry.
Click on the Cog Icon at the top of your Mention Stream, and under the General Menu, view the Expiry.
New Mention Streams will default to never expire; however, you have the option to set an expiry date.
Select an expiry date from the drop-down menu - this can range from 24 hours to 1 month.
If your Mention Stream is due to expire in the next 24 hours, you'll receive a countdown alert to warn you of its expiry. You have the option to extend the expiry date or dismiss the alert.
If you have Scheduled Reports set up on a Mention Stream with an expiry date, the reports will be delivered as per usual for the 'life' of the Mention Stream but will stop being delivered once the Mention Stream expires.
