You can share a Mention Stream with your team by clicking the cogwheel icon at the top of the Stream, selecting the Share tab, and then searching for and selecting specific users to provide access if you only want to share with certain colleagues.

When sharing Mention Streams, you can toggle View and/or Edit. View allows your colleagues to see keywords and source filters in the Stream. Edit allows you can grant teammates the ability to modify keywords and source filters within your shared Mention Stream.

You can share an entire Mention Stream Group with your colleagues. Simply click the cogwheel icon next to the Stream name and select the individuals you would like to view or edit your Mention Stream Group.

Once your Mention Stream Group has been shared, it will appear with a share icon. To stop sharing your Mention Stream Group, return to the cogwheel icon next to the Mention Stream Group name and deselect the stream you are sharing.

If you are looking to remove a Mention Stream that has been shared with your colleagues, you will be prompted to confirm this prior to removing it across all platforms it has been shared with.

If you add new Mention Streams to a shared Group, they will automatically be shared with colleagues who have access to that Group.

Mention Stream Groups shared with you will be available in the Shared Menu.
