Live Notifications are a fantastic way to stay on top of breaking news relevant to your organization in real-time. You can enable Live Notifications for specific Mention Streams within the CisionOne platform in three ways:
Via Launchpad
Select Launchpad from the left-hand panel then 'Manage Notifications' from your Action Buttons |

Via the Mention Stream
Click the Cogwheel Icon in the top right-hand corner of the Mention Stream that you’d like to enable Notifications on.
Select the ‘Notifications’ Tab
Click on Add Notification. From this screen, you will be able to see a 30-day overview of your Mention Stream’s activity to determine the average volume of Notifications.
Toggle on the Media Types you wish to receive Notifications for.
Toggle on your preferred delivery method for Notifications whether it be Mobile, Email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams Notifications. |

Please Note: For Mobile Notifications, you must download the CisionOne Mobile App and ensure that Notifications are enabled for Streem. For Slack and Microsoft Teams Notifications, an Integration must be set up by following the steps here before you can choose a Slack or Microsoft Teams Channel to receive Notifications. It should also be noted that Live Notifications cannot be enabled for a locked Slack channel.
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save. From this screen, you will be able to see an overview of the Notifications enabled for the Mention Stream including Delivery Type and Media Type.
You will also notice the Actions Tab. The Pencil Icon allows you to edit the existing Notification, the Trash Icon allows you to delete the Notification and the Pause Icon allows you to pause Notifications.
TIP: While a Notification is active, you will see a green dot next to the Pause Icon. When a Notification is paused, the Pause Icon will become a Play Icon with a red dot next to it to indicate that the Notification isn’t active. You can ‘Pause’ or ‘Play’ Notifications at any time by clicking on the Pause/Play Icon. |

You can also create additional Notifications for the same Mention Stream by clicking ‘Add Notification’ and following the process above. This may be useful if you wish to limit particular Media Types to a specific delivery method.
Once you are satisfied with your selections, click Save. You can edit/remove Notifications for your Mention Stream at any time by clicking on the Cog Icon as you did in the first step.
Via the Notifications Center
Click on your initials in the top left-hand corner of the screen Select 'Notifications' from the drop-down menu |  |
From this screen, you will see an overview of all Notifications currently enabled in your account including their status. You can also create new Notifications and edit existing Notifications as described above.
You have the option to disable active Notifications en masse by selecting the’ Notifications are on Toggle’. You can re-enable active Notifications in the same way.
