Accessing the Success Hub

In this article, learn how to access the Success Hub in CisionOne, what features it offers, and how it can improve your day-to-day experience using our tools.

The Success Hub is available in the CisionOne platform. It connects you to helpful resources to get more value from your experience of the platform, such as reaching our Support team to get assistance when you need it, displaying updates about what’s new in the platform, and our Academy training modules.


Success Hub features

Inside the Success Hub, you’ll find:

  • Set up your account (for new users): guidance on setup steps to complete.

  • Product tours: in-app walk-throughs for key features across the tool.

  • Ask support: Your chat interface with the Support team to get assistance.

  • What’s new?: News about the platform including product updates, feature highlights, and upcoming events.

  • Learn with Academy: Helpful courses such as integrated walkthroughs and onboarding support for newer users or for new features, upcoming webinars/events, and other learning opportunities including certification across CisionOne tools.

To access the Success Hub, click the ? (question mark) icon in the bottom-left of the screen at any time while navigating the platform.

Do all CisionOne users have access to the Success Hub?

All users of our CisionOne platform will have access to the Success Hub. What an individual user sees in their Success Hub will vary depending on their access and usage of the platform.

Why does my hub look different? Why has it changed?

Your hub is tailored to you based on your permission level, features you have available, and how long you have been using the platform to ensure that the content in your hub is relevant to you. The Success Hub's offerings will evolve and update over time to meet the needs of our users.

I’ve changed my platform language so why do I see the Success Hub in English?

Currently, the Success Hub is available in English only, however we are committed to providing the experience in other languages in future.

Can I still access Support?

Yes, you can still access our Support chat through the Success Hub by clicking Ask support.
