在 Monitoring 中为信息流创建新提及通知

在本文中，你将了解如何为 Mention Streams 和 Social Streams 创建并配置新提及通知，包括设置媒体类型筛选器、启用高风险通知、选择发送方式以及添加收件人。

当一个新提及进入 Mention Stream 时，新提及通知会提醒你。你可以按媒体类型或高风险分类筛选通知，选择可用的发送方式，并添加通知收件人。

新提及通知通过三步工作流程创建：

· 选择通知类型。

· 自定义通知设置。

· 配置发送方式和收件人。

你可以从 Mention Stream 或帐户菜单启动此工作流程。

访问通知创建流程

从 Mention Stream

  1. · 从 Monitoring 主页或 Launchpad 打开 Mention Stream。

  2. 选择 Mention Stream 右上角的齿轮图标。

  3. 选择 Notifications 选项卡。

  4. 选择 + Add notification。

  5. Create new notification 页面会打开，并且当前 Mention Stream 已被选中。

从帐户菜单

  1. 打开帐户菜单。

  2. 选择 Notifications。Notifications 页面会在一个位置显示跨信息流创建的通知。

  3. 选择 + Add notification。

  4. 根据所选的提及类型选择要监控的信息流。

注意：

无论你是从 Mention Stream 还是从帐户菜单开始，通知创建工作流程都是相同的。但是，从帐户菜单开始时，你必须先选择一个信息流，然后才能继续。

选择通知类型

第一步会显示所选 Mention Stream 的活动信息，并允许你选择通知类型。

  1. 查看显示的 Mention Stream 活动（每日平均提及数）。

  2. 选择 New Mention。默认情况下会选择此选项。

  3. 选择 Next。

自定义通知设置

你可以使用媒体类型筛选器，仅接收特定报道类型的通知。默认情况下，所有可用的媒体类型都会被选中。

  1. 查看所选的媒体类型。

  2. 清除不想包含在通知中的任何媒体类型。

  3. 若只想接收归类为高风险的提及通知，请选择 Filter by high risk media。

  4. 选择 Next。

注意：

当某个提及属于 Harm、Controversy、Emotionality 或 Spam 等风险类别，并且 React Score 大于 75 时，该提及会被归类为高风险。有关其用法的更多信息，请查看 如何使用 React Scores？

选择发送选项

你可以从组织可用的发送方式中进行选择。可用方式可能包括：

· Mobile - 打开 Mobile，即可在 CisionOne 移动应用中接收通知。

· Email - 配置收件人和发件人设置，包括 Send As 选项。

· Slack - 选择将接收通知的 Slack 频道。

· Microsoft Teams - 打开 Microsoft Teams，即可在 Microsoft Teams 中接收通知。

注意：

· 可用的发送方式取决于你组织的配置。

· 必须先配置 Slack 和 Microsoft Teams 集成，才能选择相应的频道。

· 对于 Mobile 通知，你必须安装 CisionOne 移动应用，并在设备上为该应用启用通知。

配置 Email 发送

1. 选择 Email 时，可以添加以下一种或多种收件人类型：

· 内部用户

· 分发列表

· 无平台访问权限的外部收件人

信息：

将外部收件人添加到新提及通知时，该收件人必须完成电子邮件选择加入流程，通知才能送达。在收件人确认订阅之前，通知发送会保持暂停状态。

2. 选择 Send As 选项，以控制收件人看到的发件人显示方式：

· Organization：将你的组织名称显示为发件人。

· User：将你的姓名显示为发件人。

· Custom：允许你输入自定义发件人名称。

· Organization Domain：从你组织经过 DKIM 身份验证的域发送通知（仅在已配置 DKIM 时可用）。

注意：

如果你的组织已配置 DKIM 等电子邮件集成，则通知电子邮件可以使用你组织经过身份验证的电子邮件设置发送，而不是使用默认系统发件人发送。

配置 Slack 发送

1. 在 Delivery 部分打开 Slack。

2. 选择将接收通知的 Slack 频道。

3. 输入 Channel ID，然后选择 Verify。

注意：

若要查找 Slack Channel ID，请打开 Slack 频道，选择页面顶部的频道名称，然后选择 About 或 Channel details。Channel ID 会显示在底部。

保存通知

配置发送选项后：

1. 查看通知设置。

2. 选择 Add Notification。

通知会被保存并添加到通知列表中。你可以从通知网格管理其收件人。

查看通知

新提及电子邮件通知会显示有关匹配提及的信息，并提供在 CisionOne 中或在线打开该项目的选项。
