Shared Mention Streams are a great way to keep key stakeholders in your organisation across important issues and topics as they develop in realtime.
Your Sidebar
To provide visibility over Mention Stream ownership within the CisionOne Platform, your sidebar is organised into the following headings:
Managed: These Mention Streams are managed by your Account Manager
Shared: Mention Streams that are shared with other users on your account
Owned: These Mention Streams are created and managed by you. NB the availability of custom Mention Streams is determined by your Organisation's Service Level Agreement.
Tagged: These Mentions have been tagged by you.

Scenarios for Stream Management
Creating a Stream:
When you create a new stream, it will automatically be categorized under 'Owned' in your account.
Sharing a Stream:
When you share a stream you own with another user, it will continue to appear under 'Owned' for you but will appear under 'Shared' for the recipient.
Understanding Sharing Icons
Mention Streams and Groups nested under 'My Mention Streams' can have a 'Share' Icon beside them.
If the Share Icon appears next to the name of a Mention Stream (e.g Human Rights) but not the name of the Group (e.g Reporting), this indicates that you have shared this Mention Stream with another user in your organisation.
If the Share Icon appears next to the name of the Group (e.g Reporting) this means that the whole Group has been shared to other users in your organisation. In this way, all Mention Streams in this group will also have the Share Icon listed next to them.
Troubleshooting Stream Categorization
If you cannot locate a shared stream, check with the original creator to confirm that sharing settings are correctly configured.
