Switch views by clicking on the icons on top of your Mention Streams. You can also use the hotkeys 'L' (List View) & 'M' (Mention Stream View) to toggle between the two.

Mention Stream View

This is the default view option, allowing you to view multiple Mention Streams, and scroll chronologically through content. Ideal for keeping tabs on breaking coverage and skimming through content.

In this view, each article has its own article card which will provide the headline of the article, the name of the source and publication date.

Metrics available on the article card are available at the bottom. Using the arrow, you can choose which metrics are displayed. The metrics available are:

  • Audience

  • AVE

  • Sentiment

  • React Score

  • Impact

  • Social Amplification

List View

List View is an alternate view option which allows you to:

  • Focus on a single Mention Stream

  • Arrange content by Author/Journalist, Publisher, Length/Duration, Potential Audience and Day and Time

  • Bulk tag items for inclusion in Curated Email Reports, Tagged Reports, and exclusion from the platform.

  • Bulk rate sentiment (if enabled)

To switch between Mention Streams within the same Mention Group, simply select the down arrow to the right of the Mention Stream name to open the drop down menu and select the required Mention Stream.
