How to Manually Override a Sentiment Rating

You can manually rate Media Items on a 5-point scale represented by the icons below: Positive, Trending Positive, Balanced, Trending Negative, Negative.

  1. Simply click on the face icon to assign a rating. (NOTE: Once you manually rate a social item for sentiment, this will be applied to all users within your organization).

2. Once you manually rate sentiment for a Social Item, this will be indicated within your Social Stream with a circle around the sentiment icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

  1. Any social items that you manually rate the sentiment for, will also be incorporated in the Sentiment charts.
