This feature allows you to be in control of any adjustments that may need to be made to match up with your organizational standards.
Accessing Metric Editor
CisionOne Super Users will be able to access the Metric Editor within their Settings.
Click your initials at the top left of the screen and select Organization from the menu.
Select the Metric Editor tab on the far right.
Editing Metrics
A slider with increments of 0.1 can be configured between 0 and 2. Any updates are saved automatically with a log of who and when a change was made.
Impacted Areas
At both a coverage and aggregate (chart) level, any use of AVE or Audience data will be changed and updated to reflect the selections in the Metric Editor. This also flows through to any PDF, CSV, or email reports generated.

Q: Does the multiplier affect all reports?
A: Yes. Wherever AVE or Audience data is rendered, the multiplier will take effect. This is across PDF, CSV and Email reports.
Q: Will the multiplier show up in any email or PDF reporting?
A: No. We are sensitive to the fact that any email or PDF report generated from the platform will be shared with relevant stakeholders within your organization. In order to ensure this data can be used and presented seamlessly, there are no references to these changes in exported reports.
Q: Is there any way for the Metric Editor to apply to only certain users?
A: No, the intention behind this feature is to allow the entire organization to achieve consistency in their reporting. This is why the feature is only accessible for Super Users, so only key decision-makers/users can change the multiplier.
Q: Who has access to the Metric Editor?
A: Only Super Users will have access to the Metric Editor. If you require access, please reach out to your Account Manager.
