The CisionOne app is a great way to stay up to date with what’s happening with your media monitoring with access to the Monitoring and Social parts of CisionOne on your smartphone or tablet.
The main screen of the app will display whenever the button with the three horizontal lines at the top left is clicked. |

Launchpad
The Launchpad shows data around coverage volumes for one Mention Stream for a given date range.
You’ll find a feed of coverage and have the option to apply coverage filters as well as making adjustments to the mention stream.
To view coverage, click on to it and the media clip will display.
The funnel symbol is where we can filter the coverage, and the cog wheel lets us see/edit the Mention Stream itself. |

Mentions Streams
To access coverage from your Mention Streams, click on them to be taken through to the coverage screen.
You’ll find a feed of coverage and have the option to apply coverage filters as well as making adjustments to the Mention Stream and the notifications and share settings.
The three dots to the right of the headline will present you with the following options.

CisionOne Social
You can access the mentions found for existing Mention Streams by clicking onto name of the stream you’d like to see content for.
The three dots button at the top right of the mention will present the following options.

The filter icon at the top right will enable you to filter by Content, Social Platforms Author and Tags. |

The cog icon enables us to see/edit the Social Stream’s set up. We can also add/edit the Stream’s notifications and the share settings.

New Mentions Streams can be created by using the plus button next to Listen. Further information on adding Social Streams can be found here.
