There are six different ways to generate reports within the CisionOne platform depending on your organisation’s requirements and media volumes.

PDF/HTML Mention Stream Reports

A standard PDF or HTML report that includes all your media coverage and analysis for the selected time period, plus your organisation’s branding, and the ability to add your own coverage summary. Ideal for an all-inclusive summary of a campaign or specific time period.

CSV Mention Stream Reports

A CSV Export displays your data as comma separated values, and allows you to perform custom analysis on your media coverage, merge CisionOne data with other data sets and create custom charts and reports.Ideal for tracking specific coverage over time, custom analysis, establishing benchmarks and KPI’s.

Scheduled Email Reports

Scheduled Reports are ideal for internal use, and can be used to keep key-stakeholders up to date with current media activity. The frequency of these reports is customisable, ranging from 1 hour to 1 week. These reports are ‘set and forget’, and ideal if you’d like to reduce human generated reporting.

Tagged Mentions Reports

Tagged Email Reports allow you to create curated reports based on individual pieces of coverage. These reports are ideal for use-cases where you only wish to include a small proportion of total coverage, or to include particular pieces of coverage.

Curated Email Report

Email reports allow users to generate a curated report based on a specific media brief/s. These reports are ideal for a Curated Email Report and allow the user to group media into sections, themes or categories, and rank and reorder specific articles within these sections.

Instant Insights

Use Instant Insights to display and compare data from your chosen Mention Streams, simply click on the Instant Insights Tab in the left-side panel.
