Outreach updates
Add Outlets to Private Contacts
Your Private Contacts now have a more complete profile. You can associate one or many Outlets to any Private Contact, whether from the existing database or by creating an ad-hoc Outlet on the spot. Outlets are visible across the listing page, contact cards, and exports, and any Outlet's full profile will now show associated Private Contacts alongside database journalists in one view.
With this update you can:
Add Outlets to Private Contacts – Associate one or many Outlets when creating or editing a Private Contact, choosing from the existing database or creating an ad-hoc Outlet on the spot.
View Private Contacts in Outlet profiles – All associated Private Contacts appear in an Outlet's full profile alongside database journalists, giving you a complete picture in one place.
Bulk upload with Outlets included – Use the updated import template to associate Outlets across multiple contacts at once, without having to add them individually.
Advanced Search by Location and Sectors
You can now refine your Advanced Search in Outreach by adding Physical Locations and Sectors to your query. Use these alongside keyword search to build more targeted searches and find the right contacts faster.
Map Private Contacts to Database Contacts
When adding a new Private Contact, CisionOne will now suggest potential matches from the database. Accepting a match links the two records, helping you avoid duplicates and automatically pulling in curated contact data without any manual entry.
Instant Insights updates
AI Visibility Dashboard
AI-generated responses are becoming one of the key ways brands are discovered and evaluated. AI Visibility brings a new layer of brand intelligence to CisionOne, tracking how your brand and competitors appear inside responses from leading LLMs including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and more, all inside Instant Insights.
Note: AI Visibility Dashboards is available as a paid add-on to the CisionOne platform. For more information, please get in touch with your Customer Success Management (CSM) or Account Manager (AM).
With this update you can:
Monitor your AI brand visibility – See how often your brand appears in AI-generated responses, how prominently you're positioned, and how that changes over time.
Benchmark against competitors – Track competitors alongside your own brand with Share of Voice charts that show who is winning the AI narrative.
Identify what's shaping the answers – Discover which journalists, outlets and domains are most frequently cited by AI platforms when your brand or industry is mentioned.
Track sentiment in AI responses – Understand whether AI platforms are characterising your brand positively, neutrally or negatively, and monitor how that shifts following PR activity or news events.
Report in one place – All AI visibility data lives inside Instant Insights alongside your existing media monitoring dashboards.
Monitoring updates
Social Coverage in Curated Email Report
You can now include social content in your Curated Email Reports, making it possible to deliver newsletters that bring traditional and social media coverage together in one place.
With this update you can:
Combine traditional and social in one report – Curate and deliver a single report covering both media types, giving stakeholders a complete view of key coverage.
Create social-only Curated Reports – Build reports that focus exclusively on social content, adding a new reporting option to your toolkit.
Save time across tools – No more switching between products to compile separate reports for traditional and social media.
Entity-Level Sentiment
We've added entity-level sentiment to CisionOne Monitoring. Alongside the existing article-level sentiment score, you can now see how each individual entity in an article was rated. Click the sentiment indicator on any Mention Card to see detected entities and their individual sentiment, or open the Full Media Item view and use the Article Sentiment tab for a deeper breakdown.
