On the CisionOne login page, click "Reset your CisionOne PIN."
You have two options to reset it:
Receive a code to your CisionOne login email address
Receive a code to your mobile
Check one of the two options and click Send Code.
Enter the code received by email or text message and click Validate Code.
If you haven't received the code, click Resend.
The next screen will then prompt you to create a new PIN for your CisionOne app.
Choose a new code and then click Save PIN.
