Social: Add Forums Coverage
Expand your social coverage with the introduction of Forums in CisionOne Social. You can now monitor and analyse public discussions across a wide range of forums, giving you deeper insight into how your brand is being talked about beyond traditional social platforms.
With access to data from around one million forums, including popular communities like Spiceworks, Pistonheads, Steam Community, and NeoGAF, you can filter and view posts, track sentiment, and click through to the original content. Forum data can also be added to your reports and Instant Insights dashboards, helping you build a more complete picture of audience conversations.
Social - Engage: Add alt-text to images
Make your social content more accessible and inclusive by adding alt-text to images in CisionOne Social Engage. You can apply unique descriptions to each image, helping ensure your content is understood by a wider audience.
Alt-text can also be customised per social platform and account, giving you greater control to tailor content for different channels and audiences.
Instant Insights: Share of Voice Custom Data Input Option:
You can now customise Share of Voice and SoV Timeline charts using metrics such as Audience Reach, Advertising Value Equivalency, and Total Social Shares, rather than relying on mentions alone.
This added flexibility allows you to align reporting with your campaign goals, whether you’re focused on awareness, engagement, or value. You can also switch between metrics instantly, making it easier to compare performance and create more relevant, shareable reports without rebuilding your charts.
Instant Insights: Detailed Mention Stream View
You can now select, manage, and export media items directly from chart results, making it easier to review and share coverage without disrupting your reports.
With support for bulk actions and exports in PDF and CSV formats, you can quickly tag content, create tailored reports, and refine your analysis using view-level filters, all while keeping your underlying chart data unchanged.

Social: Surface LinkedIn @mentioned and shared posts
LinkedIn @mentioned and shared content is now available within CisionOne Social, expanding monitoring beyond owned posts. You can view snippets of public LinkedIn content where your brand is @mentioned or your content is shared, giving you greater visibility into external conversations. This feature provides a more complete view of brand perception on LinkedIn and deeper insight into audience engagement, helping you identify what resonates most.
Monitoring: Enhanced Advanced Filters
Advanced Filters in Monitoring have been enhanced to provide greater flexibility and control. You can now apply boolean queries within the keyword filter to create more complex and precise stream refinements. Locations can also be excluded directly from Advanced Filters, and you can include and exclude locations at the same time, enabling more advanced geographic filtering without relying solely on manual boolean logic.
Instant Insights: Coverage Volume & Stock Price Chart (NASDAQ)
The Coverage Volume & Stock Price Chart in Instant Insights has been updated to support NASDAQ as a selectable stock exchange. You can now view media coverage volume alongside NASDAQ share price data, extending analysis beyond NYSE-listed companies. This provides broader financial context for organisations listed on NASDAQ or operating across multiple markets, making it easier to identify potential relationships between media coverage spikes and share price movement.
Open Outlet/Influencer Sidebar in Monitoring
You can now open the Outlet or Influencer sidebar directly within Monitoring by clicking on a journalist or source. This creates a more connected experience between Monitoring and Outreach, giving you quick visibility into profile details without switching workflows.
Outreach: Profile Previews in Monitoring Platform
Outreach profiles can now be previewed directly within Monitoring, including key contact details such as bios, emails, and sectors. From here, you can add journalists or outlets to media lists, making it easier to turn coverage into targeted outreach and prioritise the contacts covering your brand most.
Mention Stream Search
A new search bar is now available above Mention Streams in the left-hand menu, allowing you to quickly locate the streams you need and move through your monitoring workspace more efficiently. The search filters by Mention Stream name or Mention Stream Group and scans across all streams, including Managed Streams, Tags, and shared content. This enhancement saves time, reduces manual scrolling, and makes it easier to access the monitoring views that matter most.

Social: TikTok @Mentions
Users can now track TikTok posts, comments, and replies that @mention their connected TikTok account. This expands monitoring beyond owned posts and gives users greater visibility into public conversations referencing their brand on TikTok, helping teams better understand audience engagement, monitor brand perception, and spot emerging issues or opportunities.

Outreach: New Tier Filter
A new tier filter is now available in CisionOne Outreach, allowing users to segment and prioritise contacts based on editorial status, social reach, and engagement within the PR community. By applying tiers based on location or sector, users can focus outreach on higher-impact journalists and outlets, improving targeting and increasing the likelihood of meaningful media coverage.
Social: Blog Monitoring
Blog content is now available within CisionOne Social streams, enabling users to discover blog posts, measure sentiment, and click through to the original content. With access to a rolling six-month archive and the ability to add blog posts to reports and insights dashboards, users gain a more complete view of online coverage and can measure impact more accurately across channels.

AI Focus Profiles
The new AI Focus Profile allows users to personalize how the AI assistant responds by capturing details like their role, brand, tone of voice, competitors, and communication goals. With this clearer understanding, the assistant delivers more tailored and consistent outputs across Media Releases, Pitches, Social Posts, Mention Streams, and more. By removing the need to repeatedly explain brand context or tone, users save time while ensuring content feels consistently aligned with their identity.

Bulk adding URLs to Mention Streams
The enhanced External Mentions feature now lets users quickly add URLs to mention streams - up to 40 at a time - through a streamlined upload modal. The platform automatically checks each link against the CisionOne database, ensuring articles are validated and enriched with available metadata and summaries. And if a URL isn’t already in the system, users can simply add the item manually on the spot, keeping coverage complete and up to date.

Additional Report Colors in Brand Profiles
Brand profiles now offer a wider range of color options, making it easier for users to tailor Scheduled Reports, Curated Email Reports, and Daily Email Reports to match their organization’s visual identity. Enhanced customization controls allow report headers, content, highlights, and backgrounds to reflect brand-aligned colors more accurately. With existing brand profiles already in place, users can quickly apply these options to strengthen brand consistency across key reports - without affecting any current setups.

Tier Filter introduced into Outreach Search Filters
Clients can now filter their searches to look for the most influential Journalists or Outlets in a particular location or sector, through the introduction of 4 tiers.
The tiering takes into account three main factors:
Outlet editorial status
Social media footprint
Traction among PR clients
Multiple Google Analytics Account Integrations
Users can now upgrade from having a single, organization-wide Google Analytics integration to multiple Google Analytics accounts, properties, and data streams. This enhancement supports complex client structures, such as those used by agencies or enterprise-level organizations, by enabling multiple Google Analytics integrations that are also configurable with workspaces.

Monitoring: Filter Sets
Users can now save their curated Monitoring filters as Filter Sets and reuse them across Filter Sets, letting them save and reuse curated filter combinations across Mention Streams, Reports, and Curated Email Reports. Users can create sets from an existing filter view or build them from scratch in the management page and apply them temporarily or permanently to their streams and reports.

Outreach: UK Cities Added to Location Filter
UK cities are now available as options in the Location filter in Outreach! Users can also filter by the countries that make up the UK. Some backend data cleaning and a minor update to rename the four UK countries from “state” to “country” are still in progress.

Surface owned TikTok posts, comments and replies in Social Listen.
Now you can:
A complete picture of your brand image: In addition to the existing social media platforms, surfacing TikTok content will give our clients additional coverage of how the public perceives their brand and hence get a complete picture of their brand image.
Additional Coverage: Monitor content from your own TikTok accounts relevant to the domain you wish to monitor.
Integrate business and personal accounts: Clients will be able to integrate both business and personal accounts, allowing a wider variety of content to appear in their social streams.
