Dashboard Templates
Dashboard Templates are now available in Instant Insights, giving PR and comms teams a faster way to get started with reporting.
Choose from seven pre-built templates designed around the most common PR and comms reporting needs with each fully populated with relevant charts so you can start analyzing coverage, engagement, and campaign performance immediately.
Every dashboard remains fully customizable, so you can refine, add, or remove charts to make it your own.
Seven templates are available:
Earned Media Insights - A snapshot of earned media coverage with key metrics that demonstrate reach and impact. Ideal for general media monitoring.
Social Insights - Track audience engagement, trending themes, and sentiment across millions of conversations on leading social platforms.
Earned + Social Insights - Connect traditional earned media with social conversations to understand how media narratives influence audience perception.
Outreach Campaign Performance - Measure the effectiveness of media outreach and how it translates into earned coverage.
Brand Benchmark - Benchmark performance against your brand or competitors, tracking trends and the narratives driving them over time.
Unified Media Campaign - Combine earned, social, and outreach data across CisionOne for an end-to-end view of campaign performance.
Social Campaign Performance - Measure engagement, sentiment, and volume across your own social posts for deeper campaign analysis.
Outreach updates
New List Filter
A new List filter is now available on the Outreach search page, letting you use your existing saved Lists to narrow down search results and focus on the contacts that matter most.
You've already done the work of building and curating your Lists. This update lets you put that directly to work within search. Click the filter icon, select the Lists you want to search within, and your results will be scoped accordingly.
With this update you can:
Filter search results by List - narrow journalists and outlets in search results based on the Lists they already belong to.
Search and select your Lists - choose from all your saved Lists in a searchable modal, with up to 10 selectable at a time.
Manage active filters easily - selected Lists are clearly displayed in the sidebar and can be removed with a single click.
Filters on Lists and Profiles
Filtering is now available on media Profiles and Lists, giving you more control to find the right contacts wherever you're working in Outreach.
Previously only available on the main search page, filters can now be applied directly within Profiles and your saved Lists. Click the filter icon to open the sidebar and refine your results. When a filter is active, the icon changes color so it's always clear when filtering is in effect.
With this update you can:
Filter journalists within an Outlet Profile — narrow down to the most relevant contacts within a publication without leaving the profile.
Filter affiliated media within a Profile — narrow down to the specific sections or verticals within a publication most relevant to your campaign.
Refine your saved Lists — apply filters directly to an existing list of contacts to focus on the segments most relevant to your campaign.
