AI Visibility Answers
Knowing how often an AI model mentions your brand is useful. Knowing what it actually said is better. Until now, AI Visibility showed mention rates and cited sources, but the answers themselves stayed out of sight. You were left guessing why sentiment dipped or why a competitor pulled ahead, and you had to take the trend on trust.
This update fixes that. AI Visibility Answers is now live in the AI Visibility dashboard. It surfaces the verbatim text that ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and other AI models generated in response to prompts about your tracked entities, and you can reach it from any chart.
With this update you can:
See the evidence behind every metric – Click any data point on any AI Visibility chart to read the exact prompts and answers that produced it, so you can verify what’s driving a trend.
Explain the sentiment – Read the answers classified as positive, neutral, or negative to understand the language AI models use about your brand.
Understand citation context – When a journalist, outlet, or domain shows up in a Top Cited chart, read the specific answers where they were cited.
Start in context automatically – Answers open pre-filtered to the entity, model, date, sentiment, or source you clicked, and you can remove any filter chip to broaden the view.
Narrow down with precision – Filter by model, entity, and location, and sort by latest or oldest to find the answers that matter.
Read answers the way users see them – Tracked entities are highlighted inline, citations sit alongside the text, and the data refreshes every 24 hours

New Charts
Follower counts are easy to find, but what’s behind them is harder. Is your audience growing or stalling? Are you gaining ground on competitors? Is a post still picking up engagement days after it went live? Without the right view, answering any of these means pulling numbers from each platform by hand and stitching them together.
This update fixes that. A new set of Social charts is now live, covering follower growth, post engagement and posting times, so you can track how your audience and content perform over time in one place.
With this update you can:
Track follower growth across platforms – See follower counts over any time period, aggregated by social platform, and use Net Follower Growth to see the daily gain or loss for a selected account rather than just the running total.
Benchmark across time frames – Compare two periods to see how follower counts changed, at the platform level or broken down by individual account (up to 12 accounts per chart).
See who’s driving your audience – Use Share of Voice charts to see how each account contributes to the overall follower count within a platform.
Compare against competitors on Instagram – Track public Instagram accounts alongside your own, and benchmark public and owned account followers side by side.
Watch engagement build over time – Follow how engagement accumulates on a specific published post, and use the Share of Voice view to see which posts perform best and where others could improve.
Find the best time to post – Median Post Time by Social Platform shows when posts in a selected stream are most commonly published, helping you spot patterns for your use case and industry.
