Managing AI Visibility Data

Learn how to view and filter AI visibility data in your charts, and how to change your selected entities after setting up your AI Visibility dashboard.

Note: AI Visibility Dashboards are available as a paid add-on to the CisionOne platform. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM).

View AI Visibility data

Within each AI Visibility chart, you can open the AI Visibility tab to drill deeper into the data.

Depending on the chart, this shows either detailed source information (the specific URLs, outlets, or journalists driving mentions) or volume information (how frequently entities are appearing across responses).

Filter AI Visibility

You can filter the data shown in your charts without reconfiguring them. Use the chart settings that appear when you select Edit in the ellipsis menu.

You can filter by AI model, entities, or date range in the Details panel. Some other filters applicable for certain charts include mention streams, media types, and more.

AI Visibility Settings

Once you've set up your dashboard, you can view your AI Visibility configuration.

Some settings cannot be changed after setup, while others remain adjustable:
