What AI Models (LLMs) are monitored?
The release supports the following AI models available through Trajaan's platform, including:

How many prompts can I create?
Each organization has a total prompt allowance depending on the package purchased. The maximum per dashboard is 100 prompts.
How often is the data refreshed?
Prompts are refreshed automatically once every 24 hours. Data in your dashboard reflects the most recent refresh cycle.
How are entities detected?
We analyze LLM responses to your prompts and automatically identify the brands mentioned. You then choose which detected entities to track. Manual entity inclusions (aliases, alternate names) and custom entity types (e.g. industries, keywords) are not available in this phase.
What if a brand I care about isn't detected?
If an entity is not detected automatically, it may be because your prompts aren't specific enough to surface it. Review and refine your prompt descriptions in a new dashboard to better target the brand context you need.

Are the cited journalists and outlets connected to Outreach data?
Yes, cited journalists and outlets in the charts are cross-referenced with CisionOne's Outreach database, allowing you to view journalist and outlet profiles directly from the chart.
Can I include AI Visibility Dashboard charts in an existing Instant Insights dashboard
Yes, just select the chart and set up your AI visibility settings to include the LLM charts.
Can I get historical data for my prompts and entities?
No, data collection begins from when you select Confirm when creating an AI Visibility dashboard or chart.
What happens if data doesn't refresh?
A daily automated refresh task is in place to ensure continuous data accumulation. If you notice stale data, contact support for further investigation.
Can I edit or delete AI models, locations or prompts after setup?
AI model, location, prompts and project editing is not available in this initial release. Editing prompts is planned for a future phase based on user feedback.

Why am I seeing "AI Visibility initialisation failed" when creating a dashboard?
This message appears when the AI Visibility feature doesn't initialize correctly for a dashboard. To resolve it, set up a new dashboard or reconfigure your AI Visibility settings.
