Q: Why is there no data in my charts even though everything is set up correctly?
A: There can be several reasons why charts do not display data even when everything is set up correctly:
Integrations have expired: For some charts, such as the Follower Growth chart or the Instagram Public Accounts chart, you may have selected the correct accounts. However, if an account has expired, the data associated with that account will not be pulled into the chart. Make sure all selected accounts are active so that the chart can display the available data.
Social posts are unavailable: For some charts, such as the Engagement Timeline for Social Post chart or the Share of Voice - Social Post Engagement chart, there may be no posts available within the selected dashboard timeframe. In this case, try increasing the timeframe for the chart and check again.
